Learning Support Assistant

Affinity Partnerships are working with a respected school in Backwell recruiting for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. They are seeking a caring Learning Support Partner to join a friendly school team.

This position will be 12.5 hours a week starting at 1pm.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting 1-1 Year 3
• Creating a friendly and interactive environment
• Encourage children’s social, emotional and academic development
• Help manage classroom behaviour

Requirements:

• Experience providing 1-1 support with children or young people SEND preferred
• An enhanced DBS check
• Strong communication skills
