- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
- Has high expectations for all learners.
- Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child succeeds.
- Possesses strong communication and organisational skills.
- Works effectively as part of a team and is eager to contribute to school improvement.
